- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order #, reason for return, and the item description (e.g. sku # 1001-01-XYZ- S). Sku # can be found on your invoice included in packaging or on the sticker located on the outside of the polybag your garment came in.
- We’ll email you back a printable return label.
- Tape the label to the original packaging and drop it in the mail.
If you will be using your own envelope or box, please include in your email to us what type so we can be sure you get the correct label.
When we receive and check in the return, we credit the original method of payment (excluding shipping charges, if any). Returns may take up to three days to be processed on your bank statements.
Please note that once we email you the return label you have 24 hours to print the label before it becomes expired. Once printed, the label does not expire and you can ship it back to us at any time.
- You can return up to 90 days provided the item has not been worn or washed and is in original condition except for try-ons.
- If you would like an exchange, the simple way to do that is to order as usual what you like and let us credit your return separately.
