Q: HOW DO I CONTACT YOU?

Q: WHAT ARE YOUR OFFICE HOURS?

A: Office hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm PST.

 

Q: DO YOU SELL IN STORES?

A: We are an online store and not in malls and we don’t sell wholesale to retail stores either. They can mark up too much for our taste where just a small part of what you pay is for the clothes themselves.

 

Q: HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE IS BEST FOR ME?

A: All bre33 items are cut differently, aka designed with a little extra room. This does not mean frumpy or baggy. We recommend you pick what you feel is your true size and expect a little extra room. We have a helpful fit guide with specific measurements. For any sizing or fit recommendations please don’t hesitate to ask us at info@bre33.com or give us a call. We are happy to help.

 

Q: HOW SHOULD I WASH MY GARMENTS?

A: We recommend machine wash cold or warm and tumble dry low heat with like colors for general fabric care. For best fabric care, some garments we recommend you wash cold and air dry. Information is on our product pages under “description”. We do not recommend dry cleaning for any of our garments. Steam will be better for your garment than an actual iron, but if you do iron then use low heat and minimal pressure. Do not iron over any decoration such as labels or screen print.

 

Q: WILL MY CLOTHES SHRINK?

A: If care instructions are followed garments may only shrink minimally after a few washings. We highly recommend you follow the care instructions for each garment.

 

Q: DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS OVER THE PHONE?

A: Yes we do. Call us at 877-397-5464. We would be happy to assist you.

 

Q: WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

A: All major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club debit and credit cards, and also Paypal.

 

Q: CAN I CHANGE AN ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

A: Yes, only if it hasn’t shipped yet. The best way to do this is by giving us a call at 877-397-5464. You can also email us at sales@bre33.com and let us know your order #, name, item description, and the change you would like to make.

 

Q: WILL I GET TRACKING INFORMATION?

A: Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped we will email it to you.

 

Q: HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

A: Glad you asked because it’s FREE! The only thing you could pay for if you choose is some of the cost to expedite Next Day or 2nd day Guaranteed, or to Canada.

FREE USPS STANDARD SHIPPING:

    • No minimum purchase necessary
    • 2-5 business days (maybe a bit more time for longer distances including Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico)
    • Free standard USPS to APO/FPO/DPO (in the military system in 6-10 days)
    • Canada only ships standard and is $25
  • TIP: Depending on distance from the San Francisco area, free standard shipping could be next day within 50 miles, or in 2 days within about 150 miles, or within 150-300 miles you should get it in 2 to 3 days. Timing is not guaranteed that way but the good news is it's free!

USPS Express

    • $25 (usually next day mainland USA, guaranteed by 2nd day all USA)
    • $35 (guaranteed overnight by 10:30 A.M. next day for mainland USA)

 

Q: WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

A: We get your orders out fast! If received by noon PST on a business day, it is scheduled out that day. If received later than noon PST, it’s scheduled out the next business day. We ship Monday-Friday, however USPS delivers and transports everyday except Sundays and Holidays. Here are expected shipping times:

Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

A: We ship to all 50 states, DC, Puerto Rico, and Canada. Sorry, no international shipping except Canada and military worldwide through APO/FPO/DPO.

 

Q: HOW DO RETURNS WORK?

A: Free and easy. Email us at sales@bre33.com with your name, order #, reason for return, and the item description (e.g. sku # 1001-01-XYZ- S). Sku # can be found on your invoice included in packaging or on the sticker located on the outside of the poly bag your garment came in. We'll email back a printable return label. Tape the label to the original packaging and drop it in the mail. Please note that once we email you the return label you have 24 hours to print the label before it becomes expired. Once printed, the label does not expire and you can ship it back to us at any time.

    • If you will be using your own envelope or box, please include in your email to us what type so we can be sure you get the correct label. 
    • When we receive and check in the return, we credit the original method of payment (excluding shipping charges, if any).
    • You can return up to 90 days provided the item has not been worn or washed and is in original condition except for try-ons.
    • For an exchange, the simple way to do that is to order as usual what you like and let us credit your return separately.

Q: DO YOU GIVE STORE CREDIT AS A MONEY BACK RETURN?

A. We’d like you to get something else from our store but this should be your choice, so we return your payment, plain and simple.

 

Q: CAN I EXCHANGE SOMETHING?

A: For an exchange, the simple way to do that is to order as usual what you like and let us credit your return as a separate transaction.

 

Q: HOW WAS THIS LINE FOUNDED?

A: Of all places in a public relations grad school class. The truth is that this was a close-to-the heart project from my own experience. I received so much exciting feedback about the product concept that I just had to roll with it. We changed the name and the tagline a few times, but the important thing is that the vision has stayed the same since day one. It was merely started due to my own shopping frustrations and the realization that I was not alone, not even a little bit.

 

Q: WHERE IS YOUR SHIPPING LOCATION?

A: San Mateo, California, 15 minutes south of San Francisco.

 

Q: WHERE ARE YOUR FACTORIES?

A: Our fabric mill is in Southern California and our sewing factory is in the San Francisco Bay Area. We are hands-on, very present, and pretty obsessed actually. As women shoppers ourselves, it made us wonder about a factory 6000 miles away when there was an option right here at home.

 

Q: DO YOU HAVE GIFT CARDS?

A: Yes we do. You can purchase a gift card the same way you would purchase any other product. Simply click on “Gift Card” located in our footer or on any of our product pages and follow instructions. The purchaser will then receive an email notification that contains the unique gift card link. To give as a gift, simply forward the confirmation email to someone else. The recipient must click on that link to view their gift card, which includes a code. That code is then used at checkout to redeem the value of the gift card when purchasing a product from our store. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees and do not expire.

 

Q: HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM THE EMAIL LIST?

A: Simply click “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of any of our emails or send us an email at info@bre33.com and we’ll take care of it.

 

Q: WHAT IF I FORGET MY ACCOUNT PASSWORD?

A: Simply press, “forgot my password?” in the account login page (can be found in the top green band next to the little magnify glass where it says “account”). Enter your email address in the space provided and we will send you an email to reset your password.
